About CREAM

CREAM is an acronym for Cognitive Reliability and Error Analysis Method. This method was originally developed by Erik Hollnagel at University of Linkoping. Hollanagel offers a brief explanation of what CREAM is and what can be done with it. His book offers a more complete description.

CREAM is a recursive method for accident analysis and event prediction. This software tool provides a convenient method to traverse the many tables of CREAM, automatically searching and providing the next sequence for analysis. Future versions will encompass more functionality and more aspects of CREAM.
